What we collect

• Information you give us through the contact and advice forms (name, email, phone, status, the message you write).
• Basic analytics about page visits via Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal identifiers).

How we use your data

We use it to respond to your enquiry and to keep records of casework. We never share your details outside our advice team without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Casework records are kept for 6 years for safeguarding and audit reasons, then deleted. Enquiries that don't progress to casework are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@thesoldierssalvation.co.uk.
